Is it possible to turn brown eyes blue? Yes and No. The easiest way to change eye color would be to wear colored contact lens. In some countries with less stringent oversight by governmental agencies, such as by our own FDA, there are available artificial plastic colored discs that can be surgically implanted to make eyes appear lighter in color.
